Kelly Osborn

Mr. Osborn knows every aspect of the business and has established himself as a true leader in the pipeline industry. More than 30 years ago, he began his career as a welder’s helper and realized quickly this was the industry that would be his path forward. Prior to joining USPL, Osborn held project management positions at several premier pipeline companies. His experience encompasses all aspects of pipeline-related engineering, project management and construction. In addition to overseeing every facet of EPC for USPL, he is charged with the technical evaluation of contract documents and assisting field operations with labor and technical issues. He is often sought out by clients, as well as those in the industry, for his views on construction methods and technical matters. Osborn is a state license qualifier in Texas, Virginia, Arizona and Utah, and studied finance at the University of Oklahoma.
